In Spain: 3–7 business days for ready-made items.
Within Europe (EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland): 7–14 business days for ready-made items.
Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items: Production can take 4–12 weeks depending on customization. Shipping time will depend on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided for all shipments where available.
You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Tentful is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
6. Risk of Loss
Once the carrier delivers the package to the shipping address, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
